Great location here! Just a 10-15 minute walk away from a beautiful Roman Catholic cathedral ⛪. You can't beat it!

The staff was very friendly and the location for its price was excellent. Just a few minutes walk from the Duomo. Right down the street was Cafe del Corso so you could get free Wi-Fi. It was also far enough away to not hear the busy streets.
I wish free Wi-Fi was offered. Also, when we checked-in our room still hadn't been cleaned so we were kicked out for a few minutes. Also before we checked-out our room was cleaned while we were out so we felt rushed to leave before our scheduled check-out. It's not ideal for couples because the beds move out of place easily so falling through the gap becomes a problem.

The hotel location, central and a short walk from the funicular was great. The hotel staff were friendly, competent and helpful. Our twin room was small but very nice, and street noise at night was minimal. The a/c was welcome, and the breakfast was okay. Food was excellent at the nearby Trattoria Corsica.

. The funicular is across the road from the train and the hotel easily reached by shuttle bus from the top of the funicular. We arrived late (8:30pm) and the Night Manager was very helpful. He told us about restaurants close by and provided us with everything we asked. This made our stop in Orvieto very pleasant. Room was clean tidy and generous in size. Breakfast was plentiful, a great choice, and of a high standard. Happy to recommend to others.

The staff were extremely helpful with directions, travel advice etc. The room was clean, a comfortable size with a convenient bathroom, WiFi etc. Location wise it is within 5 mins walk of the Vatican and its museums and 10mins from the nearest metro stop (the line that takes you straight to the main train station). Overall a well priced hotel ideal for a tourist trip in the eternal city!

The staff here is super helpful and really friendly. the rooms are very nice, and some even come with a good view. You'll find handy stuff like central heating, a TV with plenty of channels, and a mini-fridge-bar to keep your drinks cool. 🌟

Perfect location in the old town: in the centre but away from the noisy streets.
The airco does not work (and probably never did), idem for the fridge which needed repair.

Once we found it, a good central location. Signs were posted but the town is tricky.
Staff on hand but not very forthcoming.

Friendly staff, good position of the hotel (close to everywhere)
Poor breakfast and a bit expensive considering the general quality of the provided services

Our group of friends had a wonderful stay at this small boutique hotel. The room had two twin beds and a mini fridge, which was a nice touch. The breakfast in the morning was great, and the staff was extremely helpful. They even arranged a taxi for us to visit Civita de Bagnoregio. The older gentleman who runs the hotel was kind and provided us with umbrellas when it looked like rain. The younger gentleman prepared fresh cappuccinos for us in the morning and was also very kind. The staff made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist us. We also appreciated the safe underground parking provided by the hotel.
Felt completely happy, no complaints.

The staff was wonderful. The location is great. Just steps off the center.
I wanted to stay an extra night and the hotel told me they are closed on Sunday. No one can stay sunday night ever.
